We operate 9 high-performance seed processing lines used to clean and grade sesame, peanuts, and other grains. These machines handle 3–8 tons per hour and deliver export-quality products with less than 2% impurities.
Step-by-Step Process
Loading: Seeds poured into the top hopper.
Air Cleaning: Suction fans remove dust, husks, and straw.
Vibration & Screening: Vibrating sieves separate debris and size the seeds.
Grading: Clean seeds sorted into size grades.
Stone Separation: Gravity tables remove heavy impurities.
Final Output: Clean seeds ready for export or color sorting.

Our color sorter line integrates seed cleaning, destoning, and advanced camera-based color sorting to ensure perfect quality. It processes 3–5 tons/hour and is ideal for final export preparation.
