We operate 9 high-performance seed processing lines used to clean and grade sesame, peanuts, and other grains. These machines handle 3–8 tons per hour and deliver export-quality products with less than 2% impurities.

Step-by-Step Process

• Loading: Seeds are poured into the top hopper to begin the cleaning process.
• Air Cleaning: Suction fans remove dust, husks, and straw from the seeds.
• Vibration & Screening: Vibrating sieves separate debris and grade seeds by size.
• Grading: Clean seeds are sorted into consistent size categories for export.
• Stone Separation: Gravity tables remove heavy impurities and stones.
• Final Output: Clean seeds exit ready for export or color sorting.

Advanced Color Sorting Line (6SXZ)

Our AI-powered color sorter integrates seed cleaning, destoning, and advanced camera-based color sorting to ensure perfect quality. It processes 3–5 tons per hour and is ideal for final export preparation — sorting sesame by color, size, and type with precision that no manual process can match.
